Oh why hello there!
Did you thought I was dead or like forsaken my blog again? I swear this time I have a darn good reason to do so, as it was my exam week therefore I'm being a really good girl and not going online.
AND also, I have been busy hanging out with my bunch of Chinese friends for a couple of days so it was pretty much a good weekend except that I got sick.
Pictures!
Nohh!
A picture of me to start this long post off~
So it was Martin's birthday and we all went to Karts racing and boy oh boy, was that the best thing ever! It was so freaking fun that I wanna do it again and again. Racing with the bunch of boys is just incredible! I never once crashed cause I'm awesome like that. *coughs* and I came fourth! The 3 before me were boys so fair enough.
This is Boey! 寶兒is her real name. Seriously. No jokes. And she's from Hong Kong so if you read her name in Cantonese it actually is her English name.
The only thing I hate about the karts are the bloody outfits. So damn ugly and they don't expect tiny girls to race so all the sizes are freaking big! :(
At least from the top looking down it still looks ok.
Hong Kong girls and *coughs* the non Hong Kong girl.
Guess which one is not from HK?! :D
I love this pic! Only because my face looks small here! Hahahahahahaha
Take 1!
Take 2!
And our "Family Portrait" a.k.a. 全家福
And thats the end of Martin's birthday. Next stop?
Mid Autumn Festival.
Didn't think I would celebrate Mid Autumn Festival here ay?! Well I got lanterns and even mooncakes! All thanks to my dearest mommy who sent it to me.
燈籠!
又來一張全家福
最後一張
Overall, I am glad and happy that I am able to be these guys' ambassador and spent time with them. It is actually very nice to be able to start picking up my Cantonese and Mandarin again. And who says you won't be able to train your other languages when you're being sent to an English speaking country?
廣東話進步啦,
